- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 ounces Chopped green peppers
- 1 package tortillas
Instructions
- Combine wih a mixer the cream cheese, salsa and green peppers until smooth. Stir in the shredded Cheddar cheese. Place Saran Wrap on the work surface. Spread mixture on tortilla and top with another tortilla, repeat process. Then tightly roll using the Saran Wrap. Place it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Trim each end and cut into 1 inch slices.
