    Millie Steven's Hot Artichoke Gunk

    This is another old one from my local newspaper.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 14 oz. can water-packed artichoke hearts
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 cup mayonaise
    • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
    • Dash of hot pepper sauce
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Drain artichokes. Roughly chop.
    2. Combine chopped artichokes with garlic, mayonaise, 3/4 cup cheese, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into a small baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Serve with unbuttered
      toast fingers or triangles.
