    List of Ingredients


    • 1 9 inch pie crust
    • 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, grated
    • 4 teaspoons flour
    • 1/2 cup ham, diced
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 teaspoon mustard, dry


    Instructions


    1. Combine grated swiss cheese and flour. Sprinkle into pie shell. Sprinkle on diced ham.
    2. Combine eggs, cream, and mustard. Beat until smooth and pour over cheese and ham.

    3. Bake 400 degrees F. for 1 hour.
