Raspberry Brie

- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 cup diced pecans
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 - 8 ounce brie
- 1/3 cup raspberry perserves
Instructions
- Melt butter in 10 inch nonstick skillet. Stir in Pecans and sugar.
- When carmelized, spread on foil and cool for 10 minutes.
- Slice top off Brie,
- Place Brie on serving plate and Microwave for 30-40 seconds, till melting.
- Top warm brie with preserves. Then sprinkle with nuts.
- Serve with crackers or rounds of italian bread.
