List of Ingredients 2 -6 1/2 oz. cans minced clams 1 medium onion, minced 1 stick butter 1 clove garlic 1/2 bag of Peppridge Farm Seasoned Bread Stuffing Italian seasoning to taste 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 dash tabasco sauce Paprika Grated parmesan cheese Instructions Melt butter, saute onion and garlic. Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Add clams, lemon juice, seasoning, tabasco, and bread stuffing mix. Sprinkle top with cheese and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Final Comments Serve with crackers or pita chips. Serve warm.
