    Sandy's Hot Clam Dip

    This was given to me by a friend of my cousin.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 -6 1/2 oz. cans minced clams
    • 1 medium onion, minced
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1/2 bag of Peppridge Farm Seasoned Bread Stuffing
    • Italian seasoning to taste
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1 dash tabasco sauce
    • Paprika
    • Grated parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter, saute onion and garlic. Pour into a 1 quart casserole.
    2. Add clams, lemon juice, seasoning, tabasco, and bread stuffing mix.

    3. Sprinkle top with cheese and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Serve with crackers or pita chips. Serve warm.
