Sweet and Spicy Kielbasa

Recipe Introduction
We had this as an appetizer at Jeremy's 21st birthday party.
List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds kielbasa, cut into 1 inch pieces and halved
- 1 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2-3 tablespoon parsley
- 1 loaf of crusty bread
Instructions
- Lay cut kielbasa in a single layer in saute pan. Add wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- In small bowl, combine brown sugar and mustard, mix well. Add to kielbasa and stir to coat. Simmer until glazed. Add pepper and parsley.
- Serve with pieces of crusty bread.
