Zesty Cream Cheese Celery

Recipe Introduction
A nice twist on plain stuffed celery.
List of Ingredients
- celery stalks
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons capers, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh chives, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
- Rinse the celery stalks and let dry. Cut them into 4 inch sections. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, capers, chives and mustard. Fill celery or serve as a spread with crackers or a dip for veggies.
