    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 1/4 cup flour
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 cups blueberries
    • 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, cubed
    • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    • Topping
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    • 2 tablespoons butter


    Instructions


    1. Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately wth milk and water. Toss blueberries in remaining flour: fold into batter with cream cheese and rind. Pour into greased and floured 9x13inch baking pan.
    2. For the topping: Combine sugar, flour and rind; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over batter. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour.
