Easy Homemade Desserts with Jello Pudding
List of Ingredients
- 1 package (2 layer) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg (4 serving) instant vanilla flavored pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean and cake begins to pull away from sides of pan. DO NOT UNDERBAKE. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
