List of Ingredients
- 1 4 oz [kg. Baker's German sweet chocolate
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 Tblespns sugar
- 1 3 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cup cool whip
- 1 graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Heat chocolate and 2 T of milk, in saucepan over low heat. Stirring til chocolate is melted.
- Beat sugar into softened cream cheese , add remaining milk and chocolate mixture and beat until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and blend until smooth.
- Spoon into crust.
- Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
- Garnish with chocolate curls. Let stand at room temperatuer to soften beore serving.
- Store leftover pie in freezer.
