    • 1 18 oz pkg. yellow cake mix
    • 1 cup vegetable oil
    • 4 eggs
    • 1cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    • 1 3/4 cup chopped walnuts


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan
    2. Combine cake mix, veg oil, eggs and sour cream in a lagre bowl. Beat 2 minutes with a mixer at low speed, scraping sides of bowl frequently.
    3. Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts in a medium bowl.
    4. Spread hlaf the batter in pan. Sprinkle half the nut mixture over top. Repeat with remainig batter and nut mixture.
    5. Bake 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted, comes out clean. Serves 20.


    Final Comments


    This cake can be frozen and served later.
