- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 package lemon Jell-O
- 3/4 cup Wesson oil
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 4 large eggs
- GLAZE
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Combine cake mix, Jell-O, oil, water, and eggs. Pour into a lightly oiled 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 - 40 minutes or until browned and no imprint remains when lightly touched with finger.
- While cake bakes, make glaze by combining sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice, mixing until completely combined.
- Remove cake from oven. Poke holes with a fork and pour glaze while cake is still hot.
