Peaches and Cream Cheesecake

List of Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3 ounce package Vanilla pudding, not instant
3 tablespoons butter softened
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 16 ounce can sliced peaches
1 8 ounce package creamcheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons reserved juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamonRecipe
Grease a 9 or 10 inch glass pie plate.
In a bowl combine: flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg, and milk. Pour into pie plate.
Drain the can of peaches, reserve juice.
Place peaches over batter.
Next, mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 4 tablespoons reserved juice. Beat 2 minutes and spoon over cake to within 1 inch of edge.
Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese.
Bake 350 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes.
Filling will appear soft even after cooking.
