Hotel Nauvoo Wild Rice Casserole
This is an old recipe from either Bon Apetite or Gourmet magazine. The first time I made it, was after a Thanksgiving with a too large turkey and a lot of leftovers.
List of Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 101/2-ounce can condensed mushroom soup
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup chicken gravy
Instructions
- Combine rice, soup, chicken gravy, and chicken.
- Turn into 2-quart casserole.
- Toss together bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over top.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.

This makes 8 servings.
