    Recipe Introduction

These are delicious. I bet they would even be good with chunky peanut butter in them.

    List of Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup butter
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 2 1/2 cup flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 12ounce package of milk chocolate chips

    Instructions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter in a large bowl with mixer on medium til light and fluffy.
    3. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
    4. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.
    5. Stir in chips.
    6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    7. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until done just right for you.
    8. Cool 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.

    Final Comments

    Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
I like them crispy and brown, so I leave them in for about 15 minutes.
Keep the dough cool while making.
