Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe Introduction
These are delicious. I bet they would even be good with chunky peanut butter in them.
List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 12ounce package of milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter in a large bowl with mixer on medium til light and fluffy.
- Blend in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until done just right for you.
- Cool 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
Final Comments
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
I like them crispy and brown, so I leave them in for about 15 minutes.
Keep the dough cool while making.
