Beef in Beer

List of Ingredients
- 1 12 oz can beer
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 2 - 3 lbs round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1/3 cup flour
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, mix beer, onion soup 'mix and brown gravy mix. In a plastic bag, shake flour and steak. Empty bag contents into slow cooker. Stir to coat meat with liquid. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.
Final Comments
I have an auto setting on my cooker so I set it on that and cook this for about 6 hours.
I also add carrots to it.
