List of Ingredients
- 34 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 container (12 oz.) Cool Whip (thawed)
- 3 cups milk
- 2 packages chocolate instant pudding
Instructions
- In a 13x9 inch pan combine nuts (all but 2 Tablespoons), butter, and flour. Mix well and press into pan. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree F. oven. Let cool
- In bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 cup whipped topping. Beat until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
- In bowl combine milk and pudding. Beat well. Pour over mixture in pan. Chill 1 hour. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with reserved nuts. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
