Creamy Cottage Cheese Dessert

- 1 container (16 ounces) creamed cottage cheese
- 1 pkg.3 ounces, cream cheese
- 1 cup 10x sugar
- 1 1/2taaablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- frest fruit
Instructions
- press cottage cheese through a sieve or food mill, into a large bowl.
- Add creamcheese, 10x sugar, lemon juice and vanilla, beat with wire whisk or electric mixer untl thoroughly blended.
- Beat cream in a small bowl until soft peaks form, fold into cottage cheese mixture.
- line a heart-shaped basket or medium size sieve (about 6 inches wide) with 2 layers of damp cheesecloth. Spoon mixture nto basket. Level mixture by giving basket a firm tap over the bowl. Fold overhanging ends of the cloth over the mixture. Place basket over bowl to catch dripping liquid. refrigerate 24 hours.
- When ready to serve carefully peel back cheesecloth and insert the dessert over the serving plate. spread with berries and garnish with mint.
