    Recipe Introduction


    These little cheesecakes are made in muffin tins using cupcake liners.


    List of Ingredients


    • vanilla wafer cookies
    • 1 pound cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Put paper cupcake liners in muffin pans.
    2. Mix all the ingredients together in blender.
    3. Fill cups 1/2 full.
    4. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 15 minutes
    5. Cool, put pie filling or fresh fruit on top.
