    List of Ingredients




    1st layer,
    1/2 cup nuts, chopped
    1 stick softened butter
    1 cup flour
    Blend well and press into a 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes, cool.

    2nd layer
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 cup cool Whip
    1 cup powdered sugar
    Combine and smooth over 1st layer

    3rd layer,
    2 3ounce pakages instant pudding, any flavor
    3 cups cold milk
    Prepare according to pkg. directions. Smooth over 2nd layer.

    4th layer
    Swirl Cool Whip over 3rd layer.

    Chill and serve.
