This recipe comes from the back of the can of Cento Tomato Puree. It is yummy.
List of Ingredients
1 28 ounce can Tomato Puree
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp. minced garlic
Olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley
4 ounces dry white wine
crushed hot pepper to taste
Instructions
Pour olive oil into a large frying pan and heat. Add garlic, parsley and shrimp. Saute for 3 minutes.
Add wine, tomato puree and mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Season with pepper and serve on top of pasta.
