List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pound linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 pound shrimp, shelled, deveined
- 1/2 medium red pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package directions.
- About 5 minues before linguine is finished cooking, heat olive oil in fry pan. Add garlic and red pepper. Fry lightly over moderate heat until golden brown. Add wine, parsley, and shrimp. Stir fry about 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
- Ladle over hot drained linguine. Toss.
Final Comments
Serves 2 but can easily be doubled.
Serve with a salad and white wine.
