    This goes very well with Ham Steaks.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (20 ounces) juice-packed pineagpple rings
    • 2 tablespoon dark rum or pineapple juice from the can
    • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar


    Instructions


    1. Drain the pineapple, reserve juice. Place the pineapple in a serving bowl.
    2. In a cup, stir together the rum or juice and brown sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture over the pineapple, toss gently and let stand at room temperature until serving time.
