Minted Melon and Pineapple salad

- 1 fresh pineapple (about 3 1/2 lbs)
- 2 cups cantaloupe balls
- 2 cups honeydue melon balls
- 1/3 cup apple jelly
- 1 tablesoppn fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- cut pineapple into 1 inch cubes.
- Place cubed pineapple in medium mixing bowl.
- Add melon balls.
- Set aside
- In microwave safe dish, combine jelly and mint. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until jelly is melted, stir once.
- Add jelly mixture to fruit.
- Toss to coat.
- Cover with plasic wrap
- Chill at least 1 hour.
