Spinach Cheese Calzone

Recipe Introduction
An Easter favorite.
List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
- 1/2 lb. mozzarilla cheese, cubed
- 2 lbs. ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 or 2 tubes of Philsbury bread dough
Instructions
- Defrost spinach and squeeze dry. Combine with grated cheese, mozzarella, ricotta, eggs and black pepper.
- Take bread dough and roll out to 1/4 inch thick. Make a nice large square, then cut square in 4 pieces. Put filling in center of square and fold over to form a half moon shape. Seal well and brush tops with egg wash.
- Bake in preheated 350degree F. oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
