Creamy Mashed Cauliflower

List of Ingredients
1 Cauliflower (medium head, cut into florets)
4 cloves Garlic (crushed)
1/4 cup Buttermilk
1 tbsp Salted butter
1 tsp Paprika
1 pinch Cayenne
Chopped thyme for garnish
Salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
1. Steam or boil cauliflower and garlic until soft, approximately 20 minutes.
2. Drain the cauliflower.
3. Add buttermilk, butter, paprika, a pinch of cayenne, salt and pepper and purée with a blender.
4. Garnish with chopped thyme and serve.
