Parmesan Chicken
Back on Atkins again and I have a lot of low carb recipes to try. This was on one low carb site I found on the internet.
List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 oz. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking pan with no stick cooking spray. Dip chicken in butter, coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in prepared pan.
Bake 25-35 minutes.
