    Recipe Introduction


    Make 1/2 recipe, bake 350 degrees for 20 or 30 minutes.
    Whole recipe bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6-8 servings.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. ground chuck
    • 1 large onion, finey chopped
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 2 tablespoons catsup
    • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
    • 14 cup chopped fresh parsley
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. combine grnd. meat, onion, vread crumbs, eggs, sour crem, catsup, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
    2. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 95x3 inch loaf pan . Spread evenly and press down firmly.
    3. Bake in a moderate ove, 350 degrees, for 1 hour. Pour off juices.
