Potted Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 pork chops
- 3 cups water
- 2 packages brown gravy mix
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked
Instructions
- Brown the onions in butter in a skillet. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides. Add the water and brown gravy mix. Cover and let simmer of 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the meat is tender. Serve over a bed of noodles.
