    List of Ingredients


    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 6 pork chops
    • 3 cups water
    • 2 packages brown gravy mix
    • 8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked


    Instructions


    1. Brown the onions in butter in a skillet. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides. Add the water and brown gravy mix. Cover and let simmer of 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the meat is tender. Serve over a bed of noodles.
