    List of Ingredients


    • 6 lbs. italian sausage
    • 8 bell peppers, cubed
    • 2 large onions, chopped
    • 1 cup soy sauce
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
    2. Put the sausage in a roasting pan and add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until sausage is golden brown. Remove from the oven, leaving the oven on, and drain the fat from the pan and the sausages on paper towels.
    3. Cook the peppers and onions till tender in water to cover, drain, reserving 1 cup water.
    4. Cut the sausages into bite size piees and return to the pan. Add the soy sauce to the pan along with 1 cup water from the peppers and onions. Pour the drained peppers and onions over the sausage and add garlic and black pepper to taste. Return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
