    A friend's daughter got this recipe from the owner of the restaurant.

    List of Ingredients




    2- 8.5 oz boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    4- eggs
    1/2 cup canola oil
    2- cups sour cream
    1- 12-14 oz can cream corn

    Recipe




    Mix together and bake 350 for 30-35 min
    in greased muffin pan

    This will give 24 muffins, cut in half for 12 muffins
