Pumpkin Cinnamon Swirl Muffins

List of Ingredients
Cream Cheese Mixture
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg, beaten
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and set aside.
Muffins
2 cups flour
1teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened
1/4 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmegRecipe
Combine all muffin ingredients until blended. In muffin tins, place 1 tablespoon of the muffin mixture and 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture over the top. Place 1 more tablespoon of muffin mixture over the cream cheese. Swirl with knife and bake in a 350F. degree oven for 15-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
Makes 18 medium size muffins.
