Saute chopped onion in a saucepan sprayed lightly with vegetable oil.
Add ground turkey breast and saute until turkey browns. Add garlic, seasoning, water and crushed tomatoes.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2 more minutes. Toss sauce with the cooked pasta and broccoli.
While turkey is simmering, bring 2 quarts water to a boil. Add pasta and boil for 8 minutes. Add broccoli and continue to cook 3 more minutes. Drain in a strainer. Toss with Bolognese sauce.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
