    List of Ingredients




    8 oz proscuitto
    garlic
    oil
    1 14 oz jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 pint heavy cream
    1 shot vodka
    penne

    Recipe



    Chop proscuiotto and brown in garlic and oil.
    Add Vodka. Cook 5 minutes.
    Add spaghetti sauce, cook down.
    Blend in heavy cream.
    Serve over penne.
