    List of Ingredients




    3 Pounds of chicken (whole chicken cut in 14 pcs)
    5 grams of Rosemary
    ½ glass of white wine
    4 Gloves of garlic
    2 spoons of Balsamic Vinegar
    Salt


    Recipe



    Preheat vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Brown the chicken on both sides on medium heat, about 15 minutes in all. Remove the oil from the pan. Add the garlic and rosemary and let them cook until it gets a brown color. Add wine and salt and cook until the liquid is condensed (about 2 minutes). Immediately put the balsamic vinegar and let it cook until the chicken absorbs the entire flavor from the wine and the balsamic vinegar. Then serve and top with chopped parsley.
