List of Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 cup flour
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- paprika
- 1 cup water or white wine
Instructions
- Dredge chicken pieces in flour, salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet. Saute the garlic. Add the chicken. Sprinkle liberally on both sides with paprika as it cooks. Brown lightly on both sides. Add liquid. Cover and simmer over low heat for 1/2 hour.
- Serve with noodles and vegetables and pumpernickel bread.
