    this is a good low Carb recipe. Easy too!


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 jar salsa
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place chicken on baking sheet. Cover with salsa. Bake for 30 minutes, top with cheddar and bake for 10 minutes more.
