this is a good low Carb recipe. Easy too!
List of Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place chicken on baking sheet. Cover with salsa. Bake for 30 minutes, top with cheddar and bake for 10 minutes more.
