This was very easy and really moist and tasty.





List of Ingredients



• Chicken pieces
  
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
  
• 1/2 envelope, 1 tablespoon, garlic salad dressing mix
  
• 1 cup corn flake crumbs
  
• paprika
  






Instructions



1. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Thoroughly combine butter and salad dressing mix.
   
2. With spatula, spread butter mixture over chicken pieces. Roll in corn flake crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika.
   
3. Place chicken pieces in shallow pan. Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees F. about 1 hour or till tender. No need to turn pieces.

I used Good Seasons dressing mix.
