Very good. List of Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil 1 chicken cut into serving pieces (I used just breasts, about 6) 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained 1 jar or can (4 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained 1 clove garlic, minced 1 envelope dry onion soup mix Hot cooked noodles Instructions In large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken; drain. Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, and garlic combined with onion soup mix. Simmer covered 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with hot noodles and chopped fresh parsley. Final Comments Servings; about 6. Good with crusty bread and a salad.
