Roast Chicken with Rosemary and Lime

List of Ingredients



• 1 whole chicken
  
• 1 lime
  
• rosemary
  
• Potatoes
  






Instructions



1. Squeeze lime over chicken then place it inside the chicken. Add some rosemary inside. Salt and pepper the chicken. Place in roasting pan.
   
2. Surround chicken with quartered potatoes. Sprinkle everything with some more rosemary. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until done, basting with a little broth and tossing potatoes so they brown well.
