Sesame Chicken

- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Instructions
- Whisk together sesame oil, rice wine, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish. Pour sesame oil mixture over them, turning to coat well. Set aside.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over mediun-high heat. Add sesame seeds and toast until golden, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a small plate to cool. Return pan to heat, add vegetable oil. When oil is hot, add chicken, cook until browned (10 minutes) turning once midway through cooking time. Sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds.
