Fresh Cranberry Relish

Recipe Introduction
I have been making this for Thanksgiving for too many years. I do not like canned cranberry sauce. It is too sweet for me. This is tart but not too tart.
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh cranberries
- 2 medium red apples, unpeeled and cored
- 1 large or 2 medium oranges, quartered, pitted
- 2/3 cup honey
Instructions
- Wash cranberries; drain, and remove stems. alternately put cranberries, apples and orange quarters through coarse blade of food chopper. (I use my blender)
- Blend in honey; combine thoroughly.
- Refrigerate, covered, for several hours or overnight before serving. (I make it several days ahead. It keeps well in the refrigerator.)

Yield: 1 quart
