Spiced -Cranberry Relish

- 1 pound fresh cranberries
- 1 medium apple, peeled & cored
- 1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Put cranberries and apple through blender or food chopper. Use some juice if blending. add pineapple and spices. Blend throughly, then blend in honey.
- Store in covered dish in refrigeratior for at least 6 hours before serving.
