Macaroni and Cheese Like a Greek Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pound macaroni
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 6 Kalamata or other Greek olives, pitted and quartered
- 1 teaspoon dried greek oregano
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni until tender. Drain well.
- Pour into a mixing bowl and toss immediately with the olive oil.
- Add vinegar and toss again.
- Add the feta, olives, oregano, and several grinds of the pepper mill. The cheese and the olives are salty, so no extra salt is needed.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
