Orzo Salad

List of Ingredients
- 3 cups hot cooked orzo (1 1/2 cup uncooked)
- 1 cup green peas, thawed
- 3/4 cup (3 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, toss well to coat. Cover bowl and chill for 1 hour.
