Recipe Introduction


This recipe is from the grandmother of her priest. He said it is a must to use Duke's mayonaise. {Only found in the South} Hellmans would be a good substitute.


List of Ingredients




2 medium onions, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
season with salt and pepper and salad seasoning (like Salad Supreme)
1 1/2 c. Duke's mayo
10 medium potatoes, cooked and diced Peel before cooking He prefers yukon golds.

Recipe



Dice hot potatoes and place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Place in frig for 24 hours before serving. Serve room temp. if possible.

Serves 20

I would add some hard boiled eggs.
