Escarole and beans

List of Ingredients
- 1-2 large heads of escarole
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1-2 cans Progresso Cannellini beans
- chicken broth - 1 can
Instructions
- Clean and drain escarole in large pot.
- Sprinkle oil over escar. (15-20) minutes. ole.
- Addd seasoning and crushed garlic.If desired, a head of cut up cabbage may be mixed in.
- When escarole is cooked, add beans and broth.
- Stir and let simmer a while
- Serve with bread.
