    List of Ingredients


    • 2 teaspoons olive oil
    • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add tomatoes and saute until skins begin to split, 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, toss with chives and season with salt and pepper.
