- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add tomatoes and saute until skins begin to split, 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, toss with chives and season with salt and pepper.
