    Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan and Bacon

    1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts

    6 pieces bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

    ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

    3 tablespoons olive oil

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    2. Wash Brussels sprouts, trim and cut in half

    3. Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and then spread on a baking sheet.

    4. Roast in oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through with a golden brown color.

    5. In a serving bowl, combine roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon and Parmesan and serve immediately. This is great to serve as a side dish or stir in some pasta and make this a main dish.
