    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1 med. head of green cabbage
    1/4 cup butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Brown almonds in a medium skillet. Remove and set aside.
    Cut cabbage into 1/2 inch chunks, discard the core.
    Separate cabbae into pieces and lay in skillet with butter, garlic, seasoning, salt and pepper.
    Cook over meduim heat until tender, stirring frequently.
    Garnish with cheese and toasted almonds.

    Serves 4
    Good with almost anything.
